1. Identification Documents – (AT LEAST 2) Passport OR Driver’s License OR IDs stated in BAF (e.g. Birth cert, Marriage cert, Medicare card, Government proof of age card etc)
*If there was a name change, a statutory declaration must be provided along with copy of documentation proving the reason of change (i.e. Marriage Certificate, Deed Pool, etc.). Unless, the Police check shows both names (old & new). If a foreign Passport is provided, please also provide the copy of the Australia Residency Visa.
2. Current Police Check (NO older than 6 months)

*For any adverse reporting, please provide a statutory declaration explaining the reason for it.
3. Current Resume including referees (including at least 10-year work history if applicable)
*Resume must be current and should be stating as current on the work history timeline – Refer to example over.*
4. Current Credit File (VEDA or CV Checks for Default & Bankruptcy) – NO older than 3 months
*If there are any negative reporting against the broker’s credit history, the Broker must provide a statutory declaration explaining the reasons-Please email your consent for us to run a Veda Check on you if you cannot obtain one yourself.
5. AAA NEW BROKER ENROLMENT FORM (separate attachment)
*To be filled in and sent back alongside all documents.
